A quick foray from Mevagissey to Caerhays Castle on a slightly dull day in October half-term.

There is a circular walk based on Dodman Point described on the Westcountry Walks site.

Some Shetland ponies who were not inclined to be disturbed from their task of keeping the path neatly grazed!

Hemmick Beach
A bit closer to Hemmick Beach with Greeb Point in the distance. Scaling the latter I disturbed what I'm pretty sure was a Red Kite. Unfortunately it was just a brown dot in the sky before any photographic evidence could be gathered.
